About PALMA
Property, investment and development in Albania — based in Durrës.
Who we are
PALMA Real Estate Albania is a brokerage and advisory platform focused on property, investment and projects with development potential in Albania, based in Durrës.
We work with owners looking for serious representation, with buyers who want clear information, and with investors and developers looking for professionally organised opportunities.
Our approach starts with understanding the objective and verifying the basic information. Before a property is presented, we aim to make its documentation, location, use, potential and the parties’ expectations clear.
Mission
To connect the right property with the right buyer, investor or developer through a clear, professional and verifiable process.
Vision
To build a trusted Albanian brand for property and investment, with an international standard of communication and a strong knowledge of the local market.
